Retail Purchase Order - Terms
and Conditions
- Retail Customers are not in any
way formally connected with GOLDQUEST
as part of the corporate organisation of GOLDQUEST
International Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company").
- The retail customer shall
have the responsibility to submit his/her Retail Purchase Order
Form along with the bank draft, money order, or cashier’s cheque,
to the Company or any of its branches worldwide.
- The Company will rely
on the accuracy of all Retail Purchase Order Forms submitted
to data processing. Prior to its submission, the customer should
confirm that all information is correct and properly entered.
The submission of incorrect paperwork can result in the delay
of data processing and subsequently delay the orders itself.
All Retail Purchase Order Forms should be sent directly to the
Company at its principal office or to one of it’s liaison offices.
The customer assumes the risk for any losses or delays due to
incorrect information on the paperwork submitted.
- Orders are paid in full will be
shipped within ten (10) business days after the payment is received
and processed. All products will be shipped via courier unless
labor conditions require alternative arrangements. Purchases
made with a partial payment of three hundred dollars ($300)
must be paid in full within twelve (12) months of the date the
order was placed. If the balance is not paid in full at the
end of the 12 month period, the customer shall be entitled to
a credit toward the purchase of either gold coins or jewelry
in the amount of the partial payment. Alternatively, the company
retains the right, within its sole discretion, to ship to the
customer at their last known address either gold coins or an
item of jewelry in the amount of the partial payment. Any refund
requests must be submitted pursuant to the instructions in the
Notice of Right to Cancel.
- This Retail Purchase Order Form
is for the purchase of gold coins and/or jewelry. It is not
and should not be construed as being related with becoming a
Tracking Center Owner and/or receiving remuneration therefrom.
- Terms and conditions herein shall
be enforced in a court of competence within the jurisdiction
or country wherein the home/head office of the company is duly
licensed and situated.

- Tracking Center Owners are not
permitted to involve themselves in anyway whatsoever with any
other company or principal in the same business of Gold Products,
without the direct and prior written consent of GOLDQUEST
International Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company").
- GoldQuest Tracking Center
Owners are not distributors, buyers and sellers, or in any way
formally connected with the company as part of its corporate
organisation. The term Tracking Center Owner ("TCO")
merely refers to independent representatives of GoldQuest who
may purchase directly from the company, and as remuneration
receive a referral fee according to the GoldQuest referral bonus
plan.
- The TCO shall have the
responsibility to submit his/her TCO Application and, if applicable,
the Retail Purchase Order Form along with along with the bank
draft, money order, or cashier’s cheque, to the Company or any
of its branches worldwide.
- The GoldQuest TCO shall
at all times remain loyal to the company and not publish written
or verbal disparaging or adverse information to the Management
of GoldQuest. TCOs are expected to always hold GoldQuest in
high esteem at all times, failing which, may suffer termination
and face possible charges of Libel or Slander.
- It is herein irrevocably
agreed by the TCO that no Employer/Employee relationship exists
between the TCO and the company.
- The signing and acceptance of
herein terms and conditions shall indicate and confirm the TCO’s
total agreement with the company policy manual and agrees with
such wholeheartedly. The TCO shall have the sole obligation
to update him/herself on said manual(s) and any amendments periodically
promulgated by the company all of which forms part of herein
terms and conditions.
- The Company will rely
on the accuracy of all Application Forms submitted to data processing.
Prior to its submission, the applicant should confirm that all
information is correct and properly entered. The submission
of incorrect paperwork can result in the delay of data processing,
as well as related orders. All applications should be sent directly
to the Company at its principal office or to one of its liaison
offices. The applicant assumes the risk for any losses or delays
due to incorrect information on the paperwork submitted.
- Terms and conditions herein shall
